NOTE: This help page is part of a multi-step procedure. For an overview on creating archives, see the "Creating Archives" topic.

The "Manage ISO Images" page is displayed when you select Manage ISOs from the Report Tasks section of the main menu. This page is used to view the logs of ISOs generated from archive specifications and to download or delete ISO images. This page pertains only to ISOs in the selected repository, that is, the repository you selected at login.

If ISOs exist in the repository, you will be presented with a list of available ISOs and three buttons: View, Save and Delete. If no ISOs exist, you'll see a message to that effect.

If ISOs exist, they will be listed in the box next to the buttons. ISO names have three parts, separated by a dash (-). The first part is the name of the archive specification that produced the ISO. The second part is the date and time that the ISO was created. The final part is the size of the ISO in megabytes or gigabytes.

To view the log of a generated ISO:

ViewSelect (click on) the ISO image for which you want to view log information and press this button. You will be transferred to a log viewer page that displays the detailed log generated when the ISO was created. For information on that page, see the "Using the ISO Log" topic.

To download an ISO image:

SaveSelect (click on) the ISO to be downloaded and click the Save button. Your browser will display a download window which you can use to specify where to save the ISO you've chosen. You may then use the CD or DVD burning tools installed on your computer to create a CD or DVD from the downloaded ISO.

To delete an ISO image:

DeleteTo permanently delete the ISO and its associated log, select the ISO and click the Delete button. You will be prompted to verify that you want to delete the selected ISO. After deletion, a verification message is displayed at the top of the page.
