Use this page to edit an individual TNSName entry.
TNSNames entries are free-form text, beginning with the name of the entry, followed by an equal sign, and then then rest of the entry. Edit the entry text in the text block.
When saving a TNSName entry, Banner ePrint attempts to connect to the TNSName specified. That connection can be made either with the password specified in the current repository configuration, or with a password specified on this page.
Because the TNSNames file is system-wide, and incorrect individual entries could break the global file, Banner ePrint will not save a TNSName entry that has not been verified.
Enter the text of the TNSName entry. Then choose whether you want to use the current repository username and password, or if you want to supply your own. If you choose to supply a new username and password, fill out both the "Username:" and "Password:" fields. Then, hit the Save button to test and save the TNSName entry.
Hit the Cancel button. The system will display the "Manage TNSName Entries" page.
