When diagnosing Banner ePrint errors, you may need to view different directories or log files, which are listed under the Security Troubleshooting heading. To display a log or view the contents of a directory, select the link in the menu dialog.

These logs pertain only to the repository that you are currently working in.

Weekly logs are stored on the system for five weeks. Each week the logs are "rolled over" the current week's log becomes last week's log, last week's log becomes the "two weeks ago" log, etc.). When you display a log online, you must select the week you wish to view. You also can specify the number of lines to display from the selected log.
