This section of the Report Definition File Wizard provides information about the date and time to appear on the report. The fields are described below.

Date on Report

Date Source: Select REPORT if you want the date taken off of the report file. Then indicate the row, column and length where the date is located. Select SYSTEM to use the system date when the report is processed on the Banner ePrint server, regardless of the time the report was created.
Row: If Date Source = REPORT, identify the row in which the generated date is located. (If Date Source = System, this field will not appear.)
Column: If Date Source = REPORT, identify the column in which the date starts. (If Date Source = System, this field will not appear.)
Length: If Date Source = REPORT, key in the length (number of characters) of the date string. (If Date Source = System, this field will not appear.)

Time on Report

Time Source: See description for the "Date Source" field above. Select REPORT if you want the time taken out of the report file, or SYSTEM to use the system time when the report is processed on the ePrint server.
Row: If Time Source = REPORT, identify the row in which the generation time is located.
Column: If Time Source = REPORT, identify the column in which the generated time starts.
Length: If Time Source = REPORT, key in the length (number of characters) of the time string.
