NOTE: This help page describes a specific section of the Comma-Separated Values Wizard. If you need more background information on this wizard, see the "Using the Comma Separated Values Wizard" topic.

This section of the comma-separated values (CSV) wizard pertains to the column header information. Column headers can be printed once (after the report header, if printed) or on every page. If headers are to be printed, you must define each column in the header by providing its starting and ending position, inclusive. The fields are described below.

Some trial and error may be required in order to set up the column headers accurately. To help you define the columns, you first might download the report as a text file, and view it within an editor that shows column positions. After creating a CSV configuration, you should download a report in CSV via the user interface to verify that the column headers and body are properly formatted.

Print Header: Select YES to print the column headers or NO to suppress the printing of header information. (If you select NO, the following fields will not appear on the page, and you can use the navigation bar or buttons to skip to the body section of the CSV wizard.)
Every Page: Select NO to print the column headers once at the top of the file, or YES to print column headers on each page of the report.
Start: Key in the starting line of the column header (so that the proper data can be extracted from the report).
Lines: Key in the total number of lines in the column header (so that the proper data can be extracted from the report).
Columns: Key in the starting and ending position for each column in the header, inclusive. Use the Add button to add a new column. If you need to delete a column definition, use the Delete button to the right of the column data.

Use the navigation bar or the buttons at the bottom of the page to move to another page or finish the wizard. For more information on navigating through a wizard, see the "Navigating Through a Wizard" topic.
