On pages where you need to specify a user ID to the system, you can either key the ID into the field provided, or you can use the "user lookup" feature if you don't recall the exact user ID. This help page provides information on looking up a user.

LookupClick the icon shown at left to open the user selection dialog. This dialog lists the existing user IDs on the left-hand side and their corresponding user names on the right. For multiple-page lists, you may use the navigational buttons (Next and Previous) at the bottom of each page to move quickly through the list. The scroll bar on the right-hand side also enables you to navigate through the user IDs.

GoAnother way to locate a user from a long list of IDs is to type either a user ID or name in the field at the bottom of any page and select the GO button. The system will find the first user ID or name that is a match.

To select a user:

Select (click on) a user in this list, and the system re-displays the page from which you accessed user lookup. The selected user ID is now in context, and you may continue with your work.
